TERMS OF CONDITIONS / GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR  EXPORT/SALES.

ALL PURCHASE ORDERS MEAN THAT THE CUSTOMER ACCEPT OUR GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS.

 

MEANS OF PAYMENT:

MINIMUM ORDER :USA 5500,00 / AED 20.000,00 / EUR 5000,00.

50% INSTALLMENT PAYMENT WITH ORDER, BALANCE BEFORE DISPATCHING, AS PER PROFORMA INVOICE, BY SWIFT OR BANK DRAFT. AFTER 8 DAYS, ALL INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS BECOME AN IRREVOCABLE CONFIRMATION OF ORDER AND CAN NOT BE REFUNDED.

Our price list relates to goods packed ready for dispatch, exclusive of taxes, net of all discount, ex works. Minimum quantity of order dinner/tableware 6 couverts per color and collection.

 

 

MEANS OF TRANSPORT:

All the merchandise sold is carried at the customers risk. No matter the type of transportation chosen and the payment terms of the transport. The eventuality of an advanced transport cost does not waive to this clause. The customer must inform us in writing and on his own entire responsibility which transporter he wishes to use. If not, the customer accepts the transporter chosen by the vendor. All claims for damage in transport or for missing goods (packages opened or damaged) must be notified to the carrier immediately on receipt of goods parcels, and confirmed by registered letter tot he carrier within 48 hours.

IN NO CASE CAN OUR RESPONSIBILITY BE INVOICED.

 

DELIVERY DATES:

Delivery dates are provided by way of information and do not constitute a contractual obligation. The company disclaim responsibility in the matter of the general sales conditions would not have been respected by the customer, in matter of circumstances outside one’s control such as war, strike of the company, suppliers delays, fire, natural disasters ect. Therefore the delay in delivery can not give rise to claims for damages or interest payments, not for cancellation penalties. DELIVERIES ARE MADE ACCORDING THE AVAILABILITY OF GOODS AND IN ORDER OF RECEIPT OF PAYMENT OF PROFORMA INVOICES. The vendor is entitled to make part deliveries.

 

OWNERSHIPS RESERVES:

Our goods that are registered models and exclusive creations remain our property pending complete payment of their sale price.(law no 80335 of 12/05/1980) We reserve the right to make such modifications to our goods as we consider appropriate, and modify the price list accordingly. Any claims must be addressed to us within 8 days of delivery, and the cost of returning of goods being worn by the customer. No return of goods may be accepted prior our written agreement.

 

RE-ORDERING AND COLOR MATCHING:

The customer who wishes to re-order must enclose his cost, in his order a sample of his initial order. Color variations do not constitute a mistake from the vendor. It is technically impossible to guarantee an absolute color match from one fabrication to another. No claim for color variations may be accepted.

ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE HAND-MADE. Variations in the colors, patterns and shapes are characteristics inherent in their authenticity and individuality.
